Kelly knows Employee Benefits! With more than 23 years experience in the insurance industry, and most recently, the founder and owner of Strategic Benefits for 8 years, as well as the co-owner of Madison Roofing, she knows what it takes to keep employees happy with their benefits. Prior to founding Strategic Benefits, Kelly was Vice-President at Western Benefit Solutions for 6 years and 7 years as an Account Manager at Mercer, (formerly Marsh/Sedgwick).

Personal Life
Kelly Madison is married to Mike, and they have one daughter, Niki, who is currently a student at BSU. Kelly’s hobbies include white water rafting, skiing, walking, biking or anything on the greenbelt and spending time with family and close friends.
